Zing memory bears are perfect holiday gifts. These custom bears are also a heartfelt way to send a hug or keep you close, even when you can’t be there.
- Size: 12" long, 10" sitting
- Clothing Needed:
- 1-2 adult shirts, or
- 2-4 items for baby clothes.

- Free shipping in the U.S
- We will notify you as soon as your clothing arrives and we start crafting your bear.
- Please send clean, dry clothing.
- Secure your items in a sealed plastic bag inside your shipping box to protect against moisture during transit.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Janine cannot be responsible for clothing lost or damaged in the mail before it arrives at her studio.
- Once your bear is complete, you’ll receive shipping confirmation with tracking.
- Every bear is carefully packaged for safe travels.
- Signature confirmation and shipping insurance are available upon request for an added fee.
Because every bear is custom-made the following applies:
- No returns or refunds are accepted once work has begun.
- We will notify you as soon as your clothing arrives. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the time we receive your clothing.
- In rare cases of damage during shipping (on the finished product, not the clothing) Janine will work with you to repair or replace the bear.
Turnaround time is approximately 4-6 weeks from the time your clothing is received. During holiday seasons, production may take a bit longer. Janine will always provide an estimated timeline before starting your order.
