Custom Orders

Each memory bear and handmade item is custom-crafted based on the clothing and information you provide. Due to the personalized nature of our products:

All sales are final once production begins.
Clothing items must be clean and free from pet hair, dirt, or strong odors.
Zing Art Studio is not responsible for damage to clothing during shipping to our studio.

Payment

Full payment is required before we begin creating your order.
Please contact us for information about payment options.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is approximately 4–5 weeks from the date we receive your clothing. This may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or special requests. We will do our best to communicate any delays.

Shipping

We ship finished products via USPS.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping both to and from our studio.

Zing Art Studio is not liable for lost or damaged items during shipping. We recommend using a trackable method when sending your clothing to us.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized and sentimental nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order is in progress or completed.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, and content on this website are the property of Zing Art Studio unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Product Use

Our memory bears and keepsakes are decorative and sentimental items. They are not toys and are not intended for use by small children.

Limitation of Liability

Zing Art Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
