Turnaround time is typically 4–5 weeks from when I receive your clothing, depending on the size and customization of your bear. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and I’ll send tracking info once your finished bear is on its way home.

The Process
Step 1
Choose a few of your loved one’s favorite shirts or garments. These will be the heart of your memory bear. If you need help deciding on colors or patterns, I'm here to guide you. Once you're ready, ship the clothing to Zing Art Studio, and I’ll take it from there.
Please make sure all items are clean and free of hair, dirt, or debris so they’re ready to be transformed with care.
Step 2
Once your package arrives, we’ll notify you right away and begin crafting your memory bear with care.
The design process takes about 4–5 weeks to complete, so please be patient as we make sure every detail is perfect.
Step 3
When your bear is complete, we’ll carefully package and ship it to you. Soon, you’ll have a beautiful, handmade keepsake crafted from the clothing that means the most to you.
